3. Enrollment and Participation

Parents or legal guardians must enroll minors in our programs. Participants aged 16-18 may enroll themselves with parental acknowledgment.

3.2 Registration

Registration requires accurate information including participant name, age, and contact details. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

3.3 Program Participation

Participants are expected to:

• Attend scheduled sessions on time
• Engage respectfully with educators and other participants
• Complete any assigned activities or homework

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

Program prices are listed on our website and are subject to change. The price you pay is the price displayed at the time of enrollment.

4.2 Payment

Payment is required at the time of enrollment unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers.

4.3 Refund Policy

• Full refund if cancelled more than 14 days before program start
• 50% refund if cancelled 7-14 days before program start
• No refund for cancellations less than 7 days before start
• No refund after program has commenced
• We reserve the right to cancel programs; full refunds will be issued if we cancel

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, course materials, and software, is owned by Radiate Flow and protected by copyright laws.

5.2 Limited License

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use program materials for personal educational purposes only. You may not:

10. Photography and Media Release

We may take photographs or videos during programs for promotional purposes. Parents/guardians will be asked to provide explicit consent for use of their child's image. Consent can be withheld or withdrawn at any time.

11. Safeguarding and Child Protection

We are committed to safeguarding children and young people. All staff undergo background checks. Any concerns should be reported immediately to our safeguarding officer at [email protected].

12. Program Changes

We reserve the right to:

• Modify program content, schedules, or locations with reasonable notice
• Substitute educators when necessary
• Cancel programs due to insufficient enrollment (with full refund)

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our services immediately if you breach these terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
